Hi my name is Kim Smith the owner of Royal Touch Pet Grooming. I first want to say thanks to all my customers and their happy pets (family members). Over the last 30 years of being a dog and cat groomer, there has been many challenges.
I love helping animals and try to be as professional as possible. However, there have been one or two situations where things went out of my control.
I started this blog to reach out to the community and personally say, "Thank You" -- to all my customers, friends and family for supporting my dreams.
